These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to everyone who uses ledgermint.in and the Ledgermint student portal, and to every course you enrol in. By creating an account, enrolling in a course or using the website, you agree to these Terms. “Ledgermint”, “we” and “us” mean Ledgermint Finance Academy; “you” means the student or visitor.

1. Who can enrol

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and pay for a course. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create the account, accept these Terms and supervise your use.

2. Your account

Give accurate details when you enrol and keep them up to date.
Your account is for you alone. Do not share your login or let anyone else use your access — shared accounts may be suspended without refund.
Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused.

3. Courses, fees and payment

Course fees are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on the course page and in your cart. Any applicable taxes are shown before you pay.
Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card details.
Your enrolment is confirmed once payment is successful and course access is activated on the student portal.
We may change fees or offers for future purchases; a change will not affect a course you have already paid for.

4. Access to courses

Course access is valid for 1 year from the date of enrolment unless the course page states otherwise.
We regularly update content — for example when tax laws, rates or forms change — and may reorganise lessons or labs. We will not remove a substantial part of a course you have paid for during your access period.
You need a compatible device and internet connection to use the portal. Short interruptions for maintenance may occur.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

copy, download, record, share, sell or publish course videos, labs, question banks or other materials, except as the portal allows for your own study;
attempt to bypass security, access other users' accounts or disrupt the portal;
use automated tools to scrape the website or portal; or
post unlawful, abusive or misleading content in any feedback or discussion feature.

7. Intellectual property

All course content, software, labs, question banks, logos and website content are owned by Ledgermint or its content and technology partners and are protected by law. Enrolling gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own learning during your access period.

8. Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued when you complete the course requirements on the portal. Certificates confirm course completion; they are not a degree, a statutory qualification or a professional licence. We may withdraw a certificate obtained through misconduct, such as sharing assessments or using someone else's account.

9. Educational purpose only

Our courses, blog articles and calculators are for education. They are not tax, legal, accounting or investment advice for your particular situation. Laws, rates and forms change — always check the latest official notifications or consult a qualified professional before acting. Nothing on this website is a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

10. No job guarantee

We aim to build practical, job-relevant skills and may share guidance about suitable roles. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, placement or any particular salary.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ledgermint is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website, portal or course content. Our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the fee you paid for that course.

12. Suspension

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. Where the breach is minor and can be fixed, we will first ask you to fix it.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Changes apply from the date they are published and do not affect purchases already made.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern quickly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
