In short: you can request a refund within 7 days of payment if you have completed no more than 25% of the course content and no certificate has been issued. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method.
This policy applies to fees paid by students for Ledgermint Finance Academy courses purchased on ledgermint.in or through the Ledgermint student portal.
1. When you can get a refund
- Your request reaches us within 7 days of the date of payment; and
- You have completed no more than 25% of the course content (lessons, labs and assessments) on the student portal; and
- No certificate has been issued for the course.
If these conditions are met, you will receive a full refund of the course fee paid.
2. Always refunded in full
- Duplicate or failed payments — if you were charged twice, or money was debited but enrolment was not completed.
- Courses we cancel or cannot deliver — if we withdraw a course, or cannot give you access to it within 7 days of payment for reasons on our side.
3. When a refund is not available
- Requests made after the refund window.
- More than 25% of the course content has been completed, or a certificate has been issued.
- Free courses and free demos.
- Access suspended because of a breach of our Terms of Use, such as sharing your login or copying course material.
4. Course bundles
A bundle is treated as one purchase. You can request a refund of the full bundle within the refund window if you have completed no more than 25% of the bundle's total content. Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not offered.
5. How to request a refund
Email admissions@ledgermint.in with:
- your full name and the email address / mobile number used to enrol,
- the course name and the payment reference or transaction ID, and
- the reason for the request (optional, but it helps us improve).

6. How and when refunds are paid
- We acknowledge your request within 2 working days.
- Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account). We cannot refund to a different account.
- After we initiate the refund, your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–7 working days to credit it.
- Course access is withdrawn once a refund is approved.
